Datanet Solutions' expertise extends from scanning business documents and large
format maps and drawings to converting microfilm/microfiche and aperture cards.
We are uniquely positioned to provide you with our own experience in everyday use
of document management systems.
Datanet will scan, index, QC and if desired, create an OCR text file of the scanned
images.
How It Works:
- We will scan documents provided by you and create an index of specific values related
to those documents.
- The images and indexes will be stored on our Laserfiche server.
- At the appropriate time, the information from the Laserfiche repository will be
exported to the customer.
- The export files may take place with a variety of formats, including, CD's,
DVD's or external hard drives.
You can also opt to archive documents in our Repository Server. Datanet will archive
the scanned documents using Laserfiche's®
Weblink Repository Software where, with an internet connection, users can log on
